Roush has been a real estate associate for over 38 years and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a graduate of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC), and a certified e-Pro real estate professional. Roush is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Also as a Certified Short-Sale Professional, she is able to guide clients through the complex process of marketing the home, finding a willing buyer, working with the lender(s) and the other parties involved. She is experienced at working with lenders and how to present the offer to a lender that will make their jobs easier and more likely to agree favorably.
