• Does the kitchen have enough counter and storage space.

• Are there enough outlets in the kitchen to power blenders, toasters, microwaves, and other kitchen counter devices.
• Double check that all walks, driveways, or any solid surface next to the house drains away from the foundations of the house.
• Does the HVAC system properly cool and heat the second floor.
• Are there also enough air vents in the basement to properly heat and cool it.
• Turn on all showers and water faucets to double check water pressure.
• Tape a piece of toilet paper to windows and doors to check for drafts.
• Are there any big desired pieces of furniture that will be too big to carry up or down a stairwell.
