- Drive around the neighborhood specifically looking at the number of homes for sale and see how many have “Pending” or “Sold” signs.
- Visit the neighborhood at different times of the day, on both weekdays and weekends.
- Observe activities in the neighborhood such as people sitting out on their front porch, or kids outside playing.
- Is their an issue with barking dogs or other activities that generate a high level of noise.
- Check online to see what format of internet connectivity is available, DSL, Cable, or Satellite.
