Lance Roush is a marketer par excellence with over 25 years of experience in both the marketing and sale of high end products. His career started after graduating from Purdue University – when Lance began selling Premium residential and commercial windows and doors to upscale builders and contractors in the South Bend / Elkhart market. Starting in 1995, Lance earned recognition on a national stage with both the Pella and Marvin brands for his success.

In 2013, Lance took his experience with builders and contractors in the Michiana market to the real estate world. He joined Karen Roush in handling the Real-Estate Brokerage after the retirement of David Roush.

Lance quickly leveraged his contacts and prior connections to rise in the ranks of the local Realtors association. He saw over $5MM his first year, and his volume has consistently been over $10MM ever since. His immediate success drew attention with the local MLS and many top-performing agents in the market. Lance’s top 5 percent ranking combined with his constant efforts to maintain positive relationships within the MLS arena, are just some of the reasons he continues to see success.

Lance’s extensive construction knowledge is pivotal to his career – allowing him to explain in detail the homes he has listed, and during the inspection phase of contract negotiations. He is skilled in green building techniques, moisture management within structures, ADA construction requirements, and methods for helping the aging population stay in their homes. He has also held multiple designations through the National Association of Home Builders.

Lance expanded his arsenal of real estate selling techniques by obtaining his Auctioneer’s License. This has proven to be a valuable “go-to” method for selling property.

Handling most the Brokerage’s day-to-day functions, Lance has expanded the Roushouse Team to include (1) full time assistant. With his team in place, Lance dedicates his time to understanding and helping clients with all their Real-Estate needs. This new combination allows the Roushouse Team to perform at a $10MM-$15MM level very comfortably, while giving every client the time and respect they deserve.
